Kippie offers dedicated time in the gym for children aged 12 years plus.
This session allows teens to work out under the instruction and guidance of a Personal Trainer.
Bookable online Monday, Wednesday & Fridays 4.30pm – 5.30pm and Sundays 1pm and 3pm. Alternatively, if your child is 14/15 years, they can visit the gym out with these hours as long as accompanied by an adult (over the age of 18 years) within the same membership.
Youth gym runs every Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4.30pm – 5.30pm and Sunday 1pm – 3pm.
