YOUTH GYM

  • Kippie offers dedicated time in the gym for children aged 12 years plus.
  • This session allows teens to work out under the instruction and guidance of a Personal Trainer.
  • Bookable online Monday, Wednesday & Fridays 4.30pm – 5.30pm and Sundays 1pm and 3pm. Alternatively, if your child is 14/15 years, they can visit the gym out with these hours as long as accompanied by an adult (over the age of 18 years) within the same membership.
  • Youth gym runs every Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4.30pm – 5.30pm and Sunday 1pm – 3pm.
